  HORRIBLE! Never use Ben Hotz! Gave $2k to represent me in a divorce & all Ben did was continue my case over & over for a year. Gets cases put in front of his ex business partner the judge. Things I wanted done he didn’t do. When I told him I wanted it done he removed himself from my case and not a dime given back.

  Ben has been super helpful. I'm getting ahead because of his skill as a divorce attorney. He is very reasonable about his fees.

  Helfrich: A judge appointed him as a mediator for my custody case. He was completely disrespectful. Arrogant. He does not care. I was late to an appointment with him because I had my daughter at an important doctor appointment. Ran late. I called when I had the chance. He spoke down to me. Nobody has treated me that bad in a professional setting. EVER. Mind you… my appointment was at 1pm. He spoke like this to me at 1:16pm. Incredibly rude. He has no right to speak to ANYONE like that.
