- THTiffany Hale4 days ago1.0Have a case with them that was started over one year ago. I have had a different paralegal on my case everytime I call to get an update. Mind you I ALWAYS have to contact them for updates or timelines. I was told 55days ago that my litigation case would be filed in the next couple weeks and they would call me with updates every 35-40days, even if there is no movement. I never received a call. I called them and had an appointment for them to call me back and they never called me. Now im told again that the case should be filed in the next couple weeks. How can i beleive that when i was told that 55days ago???????? Wish i would have went with a mom and pop lawfirm, so they would care about our financial state. Im paying over $100 a month for my medical bills and its getting hard to afford that. They also turned in a negotiation amount in the spring and they had not pulled my medical records since Nov even though i told them all the procedures i had done.
