  Kyle is direct, extremely smart, and focused on what actually matters. He has protected my child in so many situations, and I’m truly so grateful for that. If you’re a parent who wants someone making the right legal decisions to genuinely protect your child, there is no one better. I trust him completely and have a lot of respect for how he handles everything. Jill, his paralegal, is always on top of things and makes you feel heard and supported through the whole process.

  When I called Brett Shirk a year and a half ago, I didn't know what to expect. What I got was the best Family Law practice in the SGF Metro area. You'd be hard pressed to find a better father's rights lawyer. They have been honest and open with me as a client. Brett was willing to fight for my rights from day one, and when the day came he didn't disappoint. I'll be forever grateful for this firm's time and talents.

  I enjoy working with Kyle. He communicates on my level, doesnt waste time, and gets my ex wife yelled at by the judge. 5 stars, Amen.

  I had a paternity issue in Missouri. I currently live in Washington D.C. Mr. Wyatt handled my case 100% remotely. I never had to make an appearance, and most importantly I don't have to pay any child support. Definitely would recommend.
