  There are times in life when you hope you never need an attorney, but if you do, Teresa is exactly who you want by your side.   I paid over $20,000 upfront, plus thousands more in additional payments, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Communication was by far the biggest issue. For weeks, whenever I called, I was told Ms. Grantham was on vacation and that she would return my call when she got back. That never happened. Nearly every conversation we had was because I reached out first. I rarely felt informed or updated without having to ask. Whenever we did speak, I often felt rushed, as though she was trying to get me off the phone or out of her office as quickly as possible. I never felt like my concerns or my husband’s case were a priority. She also used a court case app that was supposed to keep clients informed, but in my experience it was rarely updated in a timely manner. Most of the documents and case information weren’t uploaded until after the case had already concluded, making the app essentially useless throughout the process. The only consistent communication I received seemed to be regarding payments. After spending tens of thousands of dollars, we were left with the worst outcome we could have imagined, which made the lack of communication and client support even more frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Ms. Grantham. I left feeling unheard, uninformed, and extremely disappointed.

  I had an excellent experience working with Teresa as my criminal defense attorney. She was kind, determined, and went far above and beyond to make sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. From the beginning, she approached my case with dedication, always taking the time to clearly explain my options and keep me informed. Her professionalism and fairness really stood out to me. Considering the amount of work she put in - late nights, sorting through hundreds of evidence files, and so much more - I found her fees to be very reasonable and well justified.
