  I called filled out my intake papers. And was off to the races. Started in December doctor faxed his portion (which they got confirmation fax) lo and behold the fax number on the paperwork wasn’t working to Main fax line, I found out by calling law office they said they never received documentation (end of January). Called doctors office spoke with his MA and gave her law office fax number in Liberty. Needless to say they finished filing my paperwork February 3rd. I was approved for Disability mid April. Only issues I have was not being contacted sooner to ask where my documentation was from the doctor. I understand we can’t control electronic devices and am very thankful that I was approved in a matter of month-month and a half. I never spoke with Matt was told he would call me even got a letter from the office after I was approved saying he would call me. I really don’t care as I’m by approved already. I have handed out his business cards and or given the office number out to people.

  My experience was great. I had been waiting over a year for SSDI to finish processing my claim that I started myself. Once I finally figured out I needed a lawyer I asked around and a few names came up. However, GDG came up a LOT. I contacted them via their online link. I got an email with the intake form and all the information and paperwork I would need. A few days later I got a consultation appointment over the phone. Then we were set with all my qualifications. Got a few denied appeals about 7 months later I got a court date. 2 months later we had the hearing. The following month i was getting paid (not the norm). So if this is your first time you will be spending over a year plus working your case. So stay strong! The GDG employees are all very nice and helpful. They are easy to get ahold of and communication is excellent. I am so glad I went with GDG! T.H.A.N.K. Y.O.U. G.D.G. for your hard work and time!!!

  With the initial application filing, and the appeals process that always inevitably comes, it took me a little more than two years to finalize my case. During that time Grundy Disability Group (GDG) stayed and kept working. Their friendly staff were patient with me whenever I needed to ask questions, which was a lot, and they always let me know where things were with my case, even notifying me of my favorable decision BEFORE Social Security did! They would answer my emails with the best information they had, and in a prompt manner. And, as a person who always feels like they're bothering people, the staff at GDG NEVER made me feel that way. It always seemed their pleasure to help. I absolutely recommend anyone and everyone who needs help with their claims to go through Grundy Disability Group!
