  Dear Scott, We would be remiss if we did not acknowledge our immense gratitude to you for taking up our cause. The devastation wrought by water damage to our dream house compounded by the treatment we suffered at the hands of our insurance company blind to our sorrow and deaf to our plea for fairness left us no recourse but to seek redress. In our search for a lawyer your name came up several times. We called you, you responded immediately, set up a meeting in a coffee shop where over coffee and tea, encouraged by your warm demeanor we described our grievances. You listened, you asked questions, you took up our cause. You requested pictures of the water damage, family pictures, personal letters expressing our sorrow, describing our lives.   I was in a motorcycle accident in 2017 which did not end very well and need advice on what to do next insurance wise.
