  8 months after taking my case they sent me an email telling me they couldn't take my case. Then I asked for the information that I had left with him highlighting and detailing all my financial losses they denied ever receiving such paperwork they had lost it. And when I went to pick up pick up the paperwork cuz I had done a lot of work on it (a lot of their work for them) they handed me a bunch of my medical records that they had just printed off from the hospital's website. The stack of papers genuinely smelled like they had just come off the printer, and it had none of my cross references and highlights and explanations. If you want a firm that can't keep track of the stuff you give them let alone the stuff they're supposed to go out there and find then go for it!

  Receptionist at this law firm is exceptionally unprofessional and rude. I called and she hung up immediately without even asking me who I wanted to talk to or what I needed. Don't ever use this law firm. If that is the first impression they are representing as their business that tells me how they would be able to help me or how they would act with something as sensitive as a personal injury claim.
