  My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. My wife retained this law firm while I was in jail. Although I did not personally hire them, I was sent paperwork to sign as though I had retained the firm myself. From the beginning, I felt excluded from decisions about my own representation and never felt that I had a meaningful attorney-client relationship. I hired an attorney expecting them to advocate for my best interests, but I never felt that happened. In my opinion, they did not fight for me or pursue the best possible outcome. Instead, I was left with the impression that the prosecution’s position was accepted rather than challenged. During plea negotiations, I was told that if I rejected the misdemeanor plea and exercised my right to trial, the case could instead be prosecuted as a felony. That statement heavily influenced my decision to accept the plea. I also shared that the case was having a serious impact on my mental health. Rather than feeling heard, I felt my concerns were dismissed. One attorney told me that “ego and depression are the same thing,” which I found to be unprofessional and insensitive. Another issue involved my bond refund. After signing paperwork that I understood was related to my plea agreement, I believed my bond refund would be sent directly to me. Instead, it was sent to the law firm, creating confusion and requiring me to follow up about funds I believed should have been returned to me. Communication after my case ended has also been disappointing. It has been four days since my case concluded, and I have not received a phone call from my attorney explaining the outcome, discussing next steps, or answering any questions. The only communication I have received is a generic letter informing me that my case had concluded. Overall, I felt that communication was poor, my concerns were not taken seriously, and my interests were not prioritized. Based on my personal experience, I would not hire this law firm again and would encourage anyone considering them to ask detailed questions about communication, representation, and fee handling before making a decision. Ps. In my opinion… Everybody in that county is working together. Prosecutor judge and attorneys.

  I'm giving 2 stars for now .I'm a fair person and my life is guided by my spiritual beliefs..and as a judge this man from the start showed absolutely no tolerance for non typical thoughts on procedures against my religion that violate my rights..he then outright called my beliefs B.S. and I requested a new judge and got held in contempt where I got to go be by myself with 2 male cops search me( or cop a tit feel) sorry but thats also against my religion .no man should feel me or woman like get an X-ray machine..yuck..I HATE BEING INVOLVED AND I IN FACT DID NOT DO A CRIME...ME AND MY BOYFRIEND WERE ARGUING SOMEONE CALLED SAYING HE ATTACKED ME..HE DID NOT AND THERE IS A VIDEO OF IT..I GOT ASSAULTED BY RIVERSIDE PD AND WENT TO THE ER...HOW DO YOU GET A RESISTING ARREST TICKET WHEN YOU DID NOT GET ARRESTED...AND LOUDLY STATING TO THE POLICE IM RECORDING THIS AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT YOU ARE VIOLATING MY RIGHTS..IS NOT RESISTING ARREST..AND IS NO REASON FOR A COP TO TACKLE YOU SLAM YOU TO THE GROUND AND PUT U N THE ER...SO JUDGE FERGIE FERG..U REALLY NEED TO CHECK YOURSELF I DONT I AM A VICTIM OF A CRIME HERE BY THE POLICE
