  GOOD LORD!!! I got a $10.98 certified letter on Friday the 16th to let me know that they aren't going to represent me THEN ANOTHER LETTER IN MY REGULAR MAIL BOX TODAY. The paralegal told me I had to sign this and that online AND I JUS WANTED TO ASK A COUPLE QUESTIONS. A lawyer called me that same day and I told her my situation and she said that workmans comp does not fix people so I then said then what do I do then she said that the doctor will determine if you are deemed to go back to work or not...OK THEN WHAT...She didn't say call us after you are released. She was not real helpful AND the letter said that my time is gonna run out to get a lawyer cause my accident was 5 mos ago. I jus wanted to know what MMI meant. I could of jus asked AI. And as long I'm being taking care of by WC then NO I don't need a lawyer BUT once they do say I'VE REACHED MMI AND I'M NOT FIXED THEN I WILL CALL A LAWYER BUT I HAVE GREAT HOPE THAT THE TEAM WILL RESTORE ME BACK TO MY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE I HAD BEFORE MY UNFORSEEN ACCIDENT.

  I was in a car accident in April of 2025. DM injury took my case. After a year, I asked that they settle my case and chose to settle for $25,000. 18 months later, although they have had the settlement check for approximately 2 months, they are not able to finalize my case and release the money. I have legal aides communicating with me, but, I have not spoken with an actual attorney since they took my case. I think since I asked them to settle for a lesser amount, they just dont care to release the settlement.

  I was directed to them via Google, and they were quick to answer, got the information they needed and called me back the same day. An attorney, Shelbie Lanford, spoke with me and we both agreed that taking on an attorney at this point wasn't in my best interest and that all the hard work was done. She directed on my next step and assured me that I was on the right track.. I appreciate her honesty and not just treating every case like a payday. She was intelligent and informative.

  Was not impressed! Had to contact them every time. The last time, they already knew the outcome- just wondered how long it would have been before they contacted me. People get paid for frivolous things, I was truly hurt, still have a scar, they didn't (or you guys either) call to see how I was doing. All we were expecting was to pay for my medical bills??? And of all businesses it was at a Price Chopper!! I would NEVER recommend you guys for anything Funny, it didn't take them long at all to get the refusal letter out to us!! And said they would be reaching out to me, yeah right??!!
