  When my brother in law needed legal help, we weren’t sure what to expect, but this firm exceeded every expectation we had. TJ was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us through a stressful situation. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered our questions with patience. We never felt like just another case—he treated us with respect and checked in with us often. We had no idea what to expect throughout this process and he made sure our case was the best possible outcome. We’re incredibly thankful for the guidance and support they provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’re very grateful for everything he did for us.

  TJ kirsch represented me on a case and not only got the charges reduced but he got the exact outcome that we wanted . I had a lawyer on the case before him that ended up letting go becuase the communication was shady , and the guy simply didn’t have my back , BUT NOT TJ . TJ answered every phone call, was in person in court and knew what was going on every minute . He genuinely had my back and I really couldn’t have asked for better council in this matter !

  I HIGHLY recommend TJ Kirsch & his firm! Being around the criminal legal system for many years taught me that choosing the right attorney is crucial & can greatly impact the outcome of a criminal case! Needless to say.....when my young family member had an unfortunate run-in with the law, I did my research & was VERY selective. TJ Kirsch handled this youngster's case from start to disposition. The first time I called his office, TJ took the call! He quoted me a reasonable fee, up front, I paid it, that was it. No nickel & diming throughout the process. TJ understands that a criminal misdemeanor to a young person who has never been in trouble IS a big deal! I appreciate how he gave this misdemeanor as much priority as a higher level charge. TJ has knowledge of potential future repercussions, explained them to us, then fought hard to ensure that this "unfortunate run-in" would not compromise future goals and successes for this young man. He has exceptional knowledge of criminal case law, defendant rights, & CDL defense. TJ has local court expertise and familiarity in Linn, & his communication skills are above average. He answered our calls, responded to emails, informed us of court dates, & we knew exactly what was going to take place on those court dates....no surprises! AFTER a thorough review of all case discovery, TJ provided an honest assessment....no false hope. TJ became a relentless advocate for this young person in the courtroom, for that I am thankful! His pragmatic approach to our case worked and the "advice" at departure to my young family member was a bonus and very much appreciated ;)
