  He was "suppose" to represent a young man I know, who was pretty much robbed blind while he laid in a hospital near death! His wife raided his "business" bank account, used his new business credit card and put gas in more cars than they owned! He didn't represent him, wouldn't listen to him! Just told him to let it go!! How about he let go of what this young man paid for his services!

  He destroyed my children when he was appointed their attorney by the courts. He called them liers and broke any trust they had in court officals. They are adults now, and still carry his horrible behavior and words in their memories. I would never give them one star but zero is not an option.

  Just wanted to share my experience. The first day I called, Mr. Hammon answered the phone directly and got me in for a consult three days later I paid the amount requested and was told by Mr. Hammon that he would pull the records regarding my case and we'll file a petition the following week. An appointment was scheduled. I was contacted by Ann 20 min before my scheduled appointment and told they were not prepared yet to file the petition because more research was involved...she then asked me for the names for those that needed to be researched....which Mr. Hammon took during our consultation the week previous which I thought was odd if they already started research. I sent Mr Hammon an email over the weekend not expecting a response until the work week. I did not receive a response so I talked to Ann and was told Mr. Hammon would return my call. He did no return my call. I called the following week...left another message and no call back. Sent another email...no response. Fast forward to week 5 without any response. I called 1st thing that Monday....and left a message on the machine. I finally was so upset by Tuesday that I called 4 times ...all calls went to vm so the last un-answered call I left a message requesting my money back and also sent the same message via email. Called first thing Wed morning and it went to vm....so my thought process was they were screening calls. I called right back from my husband's phone and wouldn't you know it....Ann answered first ring. I was finally connected to Mr. Hammon and he picked up and said "what's going on". I said I was wondering why my calls were not returned and what should I do. He said you need to file a certain petition. So I said I would like my money back and he said he used it to research?? If he in fact researched why wasn't I contacted? He said I should have requested a phone conference...really?? All I was ever told by Ann was he was gonna call me back. I asked why there was no response to my emails? He replied that Ann receives his email and he didn't see it. Bottom line....I did not get my money back, never received any calls in 5 weeks and was told to file a certain petition.....which I am assuming he thought I was a mind reader since he never called or emailed me with that info and the only reason I was talking to him that day was because I called from my husband's phone. *** Update**** I did receive $200.00 back from Mr. Hammon along with a letter that told me what to do next as well as an apology for not contacting me.

  Hired him twice for family court. Very professional and understanding. Very nice staff also.. I would highly recommend them
