- DJDakota JadeJul 18, 20261.0Unethical and unprofessional, is currently being reported to the Missouri Bar. If you want a lawyer who does below the bare minimum then he is the lawyer for you. This law firm will not communicate with you, they will ignore your calls and emails, they do not keep you updated on court proceedings and outcomes, they wait until the night before court to contact you on anything. They do not advocate for you or your needs in court, they do not pass along important information to the judge. They will fail to file necessary motions. Example: Did not file necessary temporary motions to establish child support, so now four years into a divorce you are still supporting a child by yourself. This should have been filed day one. Having other lawyers review my case, they can not believe the ways this law firm has failed to handle simple things. Mr.Tarry is not educated in the necessary procedures of contested Dissolution of Marriage. He is not educated on MO statutes. I had to personally educate him on several aspects that he should have already been aware and correct him multiple times when filing paperwork. Mr.Tarry is an old and forgetful man who will fail you in your court preceding. He is also likely to throw a tantrum and withdraw from your case right before trial. I can not encourage people enough to look elsewhere for a lawyer. If you get placed with him by Legal Aid, you can request a replacement.
