- LHLiv HJul 27, 20261.0If i could give zero stars, I would. After going into a bit of a spiral after talking to Mr. Elliott this evening after he told me I was too intense and I talk too much after a traumatic event (of which im seeking representation????) and might not have much of a case and stated to me that a reposession can take place with notice of default mailed 1 day after being late, I can say that I am pretty sure he does not know the entirety of the law. Here you go, Blaine. No notice of default sent. Even if it were sent, I am still well within my time frame per Missouri law. Thank you for your time, sorry I wasted it Mr. Elliott. If you require someone with a little better bedside manner, he is not the guy.
