I highly recommend attorney Laith Quasem for professional licensing and administrative law matters. I retained attorney Laith Quasem to assist me with complex matter involving my Delta dental participating provider status . Through out the process, my attorney was knowledgeable, responsive, and exceptionally thorough. What impressed me most was his understanding of the applicable regulations and ability to present my case in a clear organized and persuasive matter. Communication was excellent throughout the representation. I was kept informed at every stage and always felt that my concerns were heard and addressed. Thanks to my attorney Laith Quasem. I was able to successfully resolved my issues in a timely matter beyond my expectations. I'm strongly recommending attorney Laith Quasem to help you with your health care provider issues . His expertise, professionalism and dedication made a significant difference in my case

If I could give this firm 0 stars, I would. THOSE SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL, BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS UNETHICAL AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, COMPETENCE, OR CLIENT CENTERED SERVICE!! STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! If you wanna hire (in my case end up with an an unsolicited attorney) someone at this firm who doesn't do the work he's legally obligated to do, leaves you in the dark with a lack of communication, has poor interpersonal skills, talks over you, interrupts you, loses his patience with you when you have reactions and concerns/questions, uses a tone with you, terminates the relationship during an ongoing case despite requests not to, doesn't give a refund for poor service and lack of service, then this is the firm for you! I had a bad experience here, not just with Jonathan C Lanesky whom I did not even hire to begin with (but ended up stuck with for some unknown reason which I should have already seen as a red flag) I also want to call out Ronald Chapman the sr attorney, and Aaron J Kemp, the head of the firm as well for my horrible nightmare of an experience, with continued maltreatment by the way. They did nothing to assist me with my concerns and inquiries after expressing what took place with my attorney Jonathan Lanesky and asking for ALL of my money back. If I see any responses saying "we are sorry for your experience" and telling me to "reach out to see how we can make it right," don't bother unless you're depositing the rest of my $2250!! THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED SAYS THE RETAINER IS REFUNDABLE FOR UNEARNED AND NON ATTRIBUTABLE WORK!! YOU ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO HONOR THAT CONTRACT! YOU'RE BREAKING THAT CONTRACT! Jonathan Lanesky stole from me. He is incompetent and unprofessional. He treated me unprofessionally, and unethically with the way he spoke to me including talking over me, interrupting me, and losing patience with me when I expressed concerns and reactions to what was happening with my case. He left me in the dark for over a month and did not reach out as promised to review and correct my responses to an inquiry in a way that would legally protect me and my career, after getting my approval. Instead, I ended up finding out about what happened with the case after receiving a billing statement vaguely describing what he did to supposedly earn my money, which was illegitimate. I found out that he did things without me knowing or my approval! Sending an email with my responses untouched and not discussing with me first, and doing a short phone call does not warrant a $2500 charge. He charged me a $2500 retainer, with no progress or any extra legal intervention done on his end to benefit me legally with my case- just doing what I could do for free. I literally hired a person to send an email on my behalf "arranged in paragraph form" and make a short call for $2500. That is unnecessary and wasteful spending. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, client value, ethics, and competence. I am not accepting my money being billed fraudulently. After requesting not just the $250 unused portion of the retainer, but ALL of it back due to not receiving what I was promised in his representation, he and the firm as a whole are refusing to give me back the rest of my retainer! He owes me $2250 for the rest!! He continues to gaslight me and say I'm the one who terminated the relationship, when I didn’t. He got cold feet and backed out despite me saying that I misunderstood him and requested that we still continue our agreement with my case during an email exchange. After this, Jonathan insisted that ethically he could not continue to work with me, despite me saying I wanted to keep working with him. You will not accuse me of what you obviously did as a means to justify keeping my money. You say I am "demanding" things when asking for what is mine, and you say it's my "opinion" that you did what you did and owe me money. No, it's fact. I am still being ignored as I request what is rightfully mine for poor and minimal service that did not meet my legal needs.

Before working with Chapman Law Group, we needed support navigating communications with multiple insurance plans that were requesting medical records. Managing those requests and ensuring everything was handled appropriately required legal guidance and expertise. We chose Chapman Law Group based on a strong recommendation from a trusted colleague who had a very positive experience with the firm. That recommendation gave us confidence that we would be in capable hands. The best part of working with Chapman Law Group has been working with Summer. She is exceptionally sharp, responsive, and proactive. Her attention to detail and ability to stay ahead of every step of the process made a significant difference and gave us confidence throughout the entire experience. Through Summer’s guidance and support, we were able to successfully work with the insurance plans to align on their requests and provide the necessary records. She helped create a collaborative and efficient process between our team and the payors, which made a complicated situation much smoother to manage. Because of this outcome, I now have peace of mind knowing we have a knowledgeable and reliable legal partner to turn to when questions or challenges arise. Having Summer in our corner allows me to focus on my work with confidence, knowing we are well supported.

I had the opportunity to be in the right firm and the right lawyer. My expectations were low when I presented my case to Laith Quasem at Chapman Law firm. He handled every step of the process with assertive approach and professional manners. I am so grateful and thankful for such a good legal work. You are the best. Thanks. Julio Delgado, MD
