  I was injured at work and my Union Hall Local 333 recommended Mark Aiello. I was not getting my full workers comp payments and Mark was able to quickly get the full amount that was due to me. He then worked on getting a settlement for me because I was injured on the job and unable to return to work. In addition, he helped me fill out the paperwork to get SSD. The process was easy. He explained everything and and was able to get my settlement quickly. I would highly recommend Mark.

  First of all, I want to thank Mark Aiello and the Esper Law firm team, for treating me like family! I’ve never had such a smooth result from any other law firm in my entire life. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that changed my life and disabled me from working and my livelihood. Lawyers/Doctors/hospitals/insurance companies I fought with for 3 years. Then comes time to file for social security disability.... I thought here we go again!, another roller coaster ride! I was so stressed with high anxiety, another messy fight?, but here’s really what happened. They answered every question and concerns of mine that I had asked, with care and compassion. Definitely a very organized team and best law firm for social security cases, Hands Down! I want to thank Jennifer Brown, (Mark Aiello’s personal assistant), who is very educated on the whole complex process. She knows exactly what is going on and if it wasn’t a question she could answer, she involved Mark. Mark either answers you back ASAP or Jennifer will have the answer for you. She’s like the mom of the firm! I want to thank Ashley LaFave, Esper law’s amazing educated receptionist! Ashley is more than a receptionist, if nobody is in the office, it’s like everyone is in the office! She answered every question I had and if she didn’t know the answer, she expedited every question and concern to informed Mark and Jennifer of any issues and got back to me quickly, if she already didn’t know the answer to begin with! They listened, when I needed someone to hear my concerns and worries. They were always calming, very respectful, and approached every concern with care, compassion and the upmost professionalism. All of their staff are exceptional people who cares and knows what you’re going through. In my book, Mark Aiello is a super lawyer. There were no glitches and no stone was left unturned. What a smooth process. I will always recommend Esper Law Firm to Anyone or everyone I meet or know, who may become unfortunately disabled. They made all my worries disappear! I know a couple people personally who has used Esper Law and had the very same experience. Money well spent! Thank you very much!
