Ben Hall Law's Owosso office is downtown on West Exchange Street, a few minutes from the Shiawassee County courthouse in Corunna. I'm Ben Hall. I'm a Marine Corps veteran of the Iraq War, a former police officer, and a former prosecutor. We handle personal injury cases from car crashes and premises liability, meaning injuries on someone else's property, and criminal defense for drunk driving, assault, and weapons charges. I've written the police reports and made the charging decisions. I know what a case file leaves out and where it breaks, whether I'm defending you or building your injury claim. Criminal cases are flat fee. Injury cases are contingency, so there's no attorney fee up front.
