Nearly all our time with Scott is him providing advice that prevents us from getting into disputes that require additional legal resources. In the very few cases where we needed his support to rectify an issue in a dispute with an attorney representing the other side, Scott’s intervention resulted in an excellent results for our side. That was surprisingly so in two cases where we avoided trial and enjoyed a satisfactory outcome.
