  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Christensen Law, and especially Brandon Abro. From the beginning, Brandon has been exceptional in every aspect of handling my case. What has impressed me most is his communication. Brandon has always been available when I needed him, consistently kept me informed, and made sure I understood exactly where things stood throughout the process. He has an incredible ability to clearly articulate complicated information in a way that is easy to understand, while also setting appropriate and realistic expectations every step of the way. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what came next. Brandon was responsive, straightforward, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt informed and comfortable with the process. When I had questions or concerns, he was always there to address them. Going through a personal injury case can be stressful and uncertain, and having an attorney who communicates this well and who you know is accessible makes an enormous difference.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about my attorney (Dustin) and his entire team at Christensen Law. From the beginning of my case through the final resolution, I felt that I was in capable and caring hands. My attorney worked diligently on my behalf and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt forgotten or left wondering what was happening with my case. Dustin's communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome were truly appreciated. During the negotiation process, Dustin remained calm, patient, persistent, and firm although I was a nervous wreck at times. My attorney held his ground when it mattered. He continued advocating for me until we ultimately reached a settlement that I felt was fair and reasonable. When you go through a serious burn injury, the entire process, legal and otherwise, is physically and emotionally taxing. Having said this, it is imperative that you have a supportive legal team like Dustin and his cohorts (Samantha, Holly, Dillon, etc). They made an enormous difference.   Early last fall I took a nasty fall on an icy sidewalk at a hotel. I had my one knee replaced years before and came down hard on that knee. The pain was intense and I thought I might have damaged the artificial knee and medical treatment confirmed I broke the knee cap and had to have it replaced. The hotel did fill out an accident report and a representative from their insurer called me about the incident. Before long I started to get a lot of documents to fill and sign out. I wanted to make sure I was compensated for my medical payments but was concerned that something I signed would release the hotel from covering my expenses so I decided to seek legal advise. I did some research and decided on Christensen law firm. I called them and they were willing to handle my case. I worked with attorney Michael Laurila or should I say he worked with me, as he took care of everything from then on out. He communicated with the insurer to get my medical bills covered as well as compensation for my pain and suffering. In the end I received a settlement way beyond my expectations. I'm so glad I sought legal help and highly recommend Christensen law firm.
