  As a disabled veteran with a 100% permanent and total designation, I turned to Morgan and Morgan for help with an SSDI case. I received several emails and texts from several different lawyers, even after making an appointment with one of them. That attorney insisted that our initial appointment be by telephone, even though I knew they would want a number of medical records that I could easily have just handed over. Then on the day of the appointment, it was very clear that both the handler who called and the attorney to whom I was eventually passed to, were both reading from a script with canned comments. I stuck with them, again because the size of the company would seem to carry strength behind the name. We scheduled a second call for some follow up information. They were seven minutes late in calling and then the lady who called put me on hold pending "my attorney" picking up the phone. After 12 minutes on hold listening to the same Morgan and Morgan commercial over and over and over, I hung up. Don't go to these people expecting to be appreciated as an individual.

  My experience was that there only goal is to win money which is expected But they're intentions aren't to hold companies and the products liable for injuries , instead I get medical bills, scars. Trauma and a company who told me my injuries don't meet their criteria

  Their aggressive case screening is a russian roullete and they will absolutey turn away clear cut cases
