  ​"A firm that preaches worker rights but completely fails to practice them." ​For an organization that builds its reputation on labor law and representing working people, Miller Cohen exhibits a staggering amount of hypocrisy. They show a complete lack of respect for the law, routinely ignore the clear terms of collective bargaining agreements, and treat employees with utter disregard. ​It is deeply troubling when an entity that is supposed to safeguard workplace protections turns around and violates the spirit—and the letter—of established labor contracts. They fail to honor binding agreements, bypass standard protections, and operate with a blatant lack of accountability toward the people doing the actual work. ​If you expect an organization to practice what it preaches regarding employee rights and collective bargaining, look elsewhere. Their professed commitment to the labor movement appears to be nothing more than marketing.

  I am writing to commend Attorney Porcarelli for his exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and legal representation. Mr. Porcarelli recently assisted me with the review/negotiation of an employment agreement. Throughout the process, he demonstrated outstanding professionalism, sound legal judgment, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to client service.   While the associate was nice enough this firm appears to practice a very narrow scope of employment law. Could help with the 401k fraud my former employer did and could not refer me to a firm that could assist me

  I had a very unprofessional experience with attorney Jacob Porcarelli at Miller Cohen PLC. He expressed interest in my case and scheduled a consultation but failed to call at the agreed time. I had to follow up myself. After briefly speaking, he asked me to send over details and said he would call me back the same day, which never happened. I made multiple follow-up attempts, including calls, voicemails with specific dates and times, and emails to both him and the firm. None were returned. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable when dealing with potential clients. I would not recommend.

  I had an excellent experience working with Jacob. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in my case.
