- LBLeighsa BasnerMay 10, 20261.0Jennifer Lord was very rude and unkind. She has no empathy for anyone. I paid you a huge amount of money and I always felt she cared less about me. 40 years of being a nurse and was horrified by how I was treated by my new manager. Horrific write ups.. saying I assaulted her and Said I got in her face and said “ I am going to get you fired”.. over and over.. I kept sending e-mails to all the executives.Long story short the EEOC fast tracked my e-mails. I lived in anxiety and panic attacks for over a year. Jennifer did nothing to help me. She just sent me another bill for 1000.00. I have saved e-mails where she said.. you just need to go back to work. You are being unreasonable and unrealistic.. I have never been written up.. ever. They did finally remove my manager and she is now at a desk job and no one reports to her. Jennifer wanted me to return to a horrific toxic workplace. I did get another lawyer and he was amazing. Listening to my every word. I received a good settlement and Cobra payments for the next 2 years. That is all I asked for. I will summit the e-mails from Jennifer informing me I do not have a case. My new lawyer responded and resolved in less than 2 weeks and far less for what Jennifer charged me. Please consider who you are paying for your services.. Jennifer is rude.. negligent and cares less about your story.
