  What a trash firm. They did not take on my case, which is fine. But the response they had given which was "we are not telling you why we are not taking on your case" was absolutely juvenile and just plain low mentality. Do not reach our for representation to this firm. They are pay check players and are not interested in justice. NachtLaw, P.C.: if you respond to this with a "sorry you feel"... Don't bother you folks are much more transparent than what you think.

  Today's Date: Thursday August 6, 2026 I cannot recommend this firm due to a complete lack of responsiveness. After an initial consultation (See attached email proving this) on January 8, 2026, where Ms. Fabiola Galguera reviewed my evidence and quoted her fees ($3,500 retainer / $450 hourly), she told me to reach out when I was ready to move forward. On July 14, 2026, facing issues with a conflict of interest regarding my court-appointed attorney, I emailed Ms. Galguera to officially hire her and shared my critical case status and upcoming dates. She never responded. Finding reliable legal representation is stressful enough without attorneys completely ignoring formal requests for help.

  I get rejection emails but their rejection email shows no consideration at all. Not even an ounce of sympathy.

  $450 for a consultation without even knowing if they will help you with someone discriminating against you. I understand if this is a defense case but when you are a college student seeking justice for damages you want to charge something crazy. I’d rather do an intake form and have you tell me yah or nah. Feels predatory. I’ve heard of $50 but this is ridiculous.
