  We used Patrick Curley’s services to help secure MassHealth long-term care benefits for my father while he was in a nursing home. The process is extremely complex, involving multiple organizations and many opportunities for delays or mistakes. With Patrick’s guidance, however, we successfully completed the entire process in just two and a half months. We were especially impressed by how thoroughly Patrick managed every step of the process. Our role was simply to follow his clear, precise instructions for gathering the required documentation. He was incredibly generous with his time and was always available to advise us, not only on the MassHealth application itself, but also on related matters such as managing my father’s finances and communicating with his landlord. Patrick’s support was invaluable, and we honestly do not know how we could have navigated this process without his help. His communication is outstanding: his instructions are detailed and easy to follow, his responses are consistently prompt, and from the very beginning we felt confident that we were in capable hands.   Curley Law Firm has been in my family's corner for quite some time now. Attorney Lucy Budman set up my parent's Will and Trust years ago and when it came time to unfortunately put my dad into a nursing home Lucy and her team were there to essentially do all the hard work. At first, I thought I could do it, but No Way! Att. Budman, Lynne and Debbie handled everything with the nursing home, MA Health, insurance co, etc. Not only did my mom and my siblings have far less stress, we were able to retain much more assets because of the Curley Law Firm.
