- JBJess Burgess1 day ago5.0I originally called to work with Att. Mellisa Gillis and because my case was a smaller scope i was referred to her assistant Brittany. She was absolutely great, she made me feel safe. She let me vent without really going through the full trauma of what i went through. And knew exactly what i wanted and made it happen. I received full custody and walked away with no strings attached to the other part. Truly a dream come true, she’s wonderful.
- RRRachelMay 6, 20261.0Horrible if used as a real estate attorney. They were the sellers attorney and left a pretty important document out of our offer when submitted to the bank for a short sale. Was supposed close on the house after waiting 4 months, then found out they had made a major error. After the error had been made, we were placed back in the waiting period with the bank, our lender started informing us rate locks and appraisals were expiring. They took no accountability for it! Only covered the rate lock for 30 days but would not cover any expenses of expiring appraisals even though it would not have expired if we had closed when the bank gave our closing date. It is their fault we had to back out because we refused to pay the extra expenses because of their incompetence. Would not recommend using them!
