  Do yourself a favor and don’t use this law firm for any of your legal needs. They are horrible. Sent me an email requesting all documentation which I provided to them and within a day or so later, said they couldn’t help. Immediately contacted another reputable law firm here in Florida and they took the case already and advised that we should have a settlement in less than 90 days. This law firm Sokolove Law is definitely not recommending ‼️

  Warning: If you are a person of color they will just take your information but they will not help you. I had thoracic surgery last year and I'm still having complications. Twitching of the face. The doctor fractured my rib, didn't tell me. I couldn't breathe or lay on my side. I'm still having problems with the surgery the side where they did the surgery is extremely tight, very sensitive it feels very raw I can't lay on either side. My heart be hurting, the doctor said that it's the nerves underneath the breast but they never had said that they had fractured my ribs ,that I lost a lot of blood. In May 2026 I had to go to the emergency room, they found out that my blood is low, my primary doctor wouldn't even give me nothing for it. I bought myself some iron pills but it's not working I'm still having dizziness. The nerves in my back be jumping, hurting all of the time. My nerves are overwhelmed from the surgery. They keep giving me Gabapentin, it doesn't work, it makes me feel sick. The doctor refused to give me a MRI so we can find out what is going on. They found 2 stitches in my back that they forgot to take out. Once I asked the doctor where's the rest of them. She then refused to see me again, saying I have to go back to my primary doctor, my primary doctor keeps saying that I have to go back to them with those complications he doesn't want to be involved. I have a hesitant in my breathing I stay Dizziness and headaches, more. I contacted Jim Sokolove office, they just gave my information to Lubin & Meyer they called me right away they wanted the case until I called them back once the Atty Mat heard my voice he knew that I was a person of color, said that he couldn't help me, for me go to my doctor, inform them . When I already had told them that my primary care doctor was refusing to see me as well, saying that I have to go back to the doctor who did the surgery. If anything they should have went after them for neglect as well If you are a person of color, have a problem don't call Jim Sokolove or Lubin & Myers. I think that they are bias. Don't hire these lawyers they are nothing but a joke.

  Extremely disappointed with this law firm. Ive contacted them multiple times explaining the law firm on our fathers mesothelioma case is fighting for a step mother of 7 months not our mother. She married him the day after a stroke to get in position to take all our fathers belongings. This case was for administrator between our sister which got a bond and the step mother. The mesothelioma law firm shouldnt even be involved with this process but they are. If they would have checked the docket they would have seen this law firm never made appearance they are just there for the step mom fighting against 5 biological heirs. The step mother also has hidden assets from the court for 4 years and never made inventory list, cut us off secretly working with this other firm behind our backs. I along with the rest of the family have placed the evidence into the court. I even have went as far as getting transcripts where the step mom states she doesnt get anything, contradicting herself when she kept the car, truck, properties, hidden his accounting, and aold the motorcycle the morning of his death. Next step is getting the medical records since we cant get them and there is only a proposed administrator. Would have been an easy win, but seems they just want a easy uncontested case. The other firm shouldnt even be involved until there is an administrator, they overstepped their boundaries. Dont waste your time with this lawfirm, find as much evidence to put in the court yourself.

  I believe their advertising is misleading. they get wide group and then only pick the easy cases that are handed to them on a platter. if you actually want help with your case hire a local attorney that shows an interest in your case.

  I went to the site she matters for advocacy support then got linked with this law firm. Despite not being able to assist me, after calling and filing complaints they did call back and shared more resources which I appreciate
