  I had an exceptional experience working with Josh, JZ, from Zisson & Jacobs over the course of a year and a half while he became a father and still helped me through my case! I was recommended to work with JZ after a friend of mine had worked with him. It felt like he truly handled everything except for actually showing up to PT with me, and I couldn't be more grateful. JZ helped me after my bike accident where a driver opened their door into, unfortunate me, riding in the bike lane. We chatted on the phone probably 5 or 6 times in total (maybe less), shared a few emails, and he helped me through my accident until settlement literally over 1.5 years later. I felt really challenged, being hit by a rental car and not obtaining the drivers information at the scene of the emergency nor having called the police at the time of the accident, since in the shock of it all, I thought I was okay! Despite all this, JZ had no problem connecting across agencies, getting my PT bills, getting my ER visit covered, and working through multiple people over so long since the driver claimed it never happened. They don't take anything unless they win! They're free to call! If you were hit on your bike, I can't recommend anyone better than JZ (and probably also Seth!) at Zisson & Jacobs. Until we have better bike safety for us all. Thank you for all your help.

  I was biking to work, doing everything right, when an SUV driver cut across the bike lane and flipped my world upside down. After an ambulance ride and several severe injuries, I faced a new hurdle: a faulty police report led the driver's insurance to deny liability. A 'big name' firm wouldn't take my case because it wasn't a guaranteed 'slam dunk,' but then I found Zisson and Jacobs. This team’s persistence eventually forced the insurance company to reverse their decision, and they even secured additional funds from my underinsured motorist coverage. I trusted their process from the start, and they truly delivered. I feel an immense sense of relief knowing they did everything possible to correct a gross injustice. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them for any personal injury or cycling accident case.

  I cannot sing their praises enough. I was hit by a car walking across the street at the end of the summer. I was overwhelmed by all of it. A friend of mine suggested I get in touch with Josh and Seth at Zisson and Jacobs. Not only did they handle my case with the utmost professionalism and care, but they kept in touch with me and were quick to respond. They’re empathetic, compassionate, and honest.   Josh Zisson and Seth Jacobs were very professional and easy to work with. They always answered my questions and concerns promptly and worked very hard to get me a favorable outcome. I highly recommend them
