  So far, after contacting Morgan & Morgan, I was well treated and they got all the information about the crash that I was a victim and I was called by the clinic to check on my health, and now I am waiting to the manager to contact me to discuss the case. So far everything is going smoothly. I’ll come back later to update my review. Thank you!

  I can’t say enough good things about Connie Sensale and Ryan Lang. They helped my family tremendously through my mom’s case during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, supportive, professional, and always made us feel like we mattered. They fought hard for our family while also taking the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and truly care about what we were going through emotionally. Their dedication and communication gave us comfort and confidence throughout the entire process. I will forever be grateful for everything Connie and Ryan did for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for people who are not only knowledgeable and hardworking, but genuinely compassionate as well.

  Morgan & Morgan is top of the line! Professional staff who indeed put their clients first! I don’t regret my choice choosing them whatsoever and will continue to work with them in the future. they are definitely my go to and i enjoy how transparent they are with me about my case. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

  One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company. They are definitely not for the people as their slogan goes. You are just a number and that’s exactly how you are treated. There is little to no communication at all levels. I had been with Morgan and Morgan for my car accident for the last 6 months and was almost at the litigation stage. I was told by the paralegal 2 days in a row that my attorney would be calling me and she just never called. I sent follow up texts with no response. I finally had to send an email to the whole team and got a call back from the attorney, which might as well have been a robot. When she finally called me, she was not empathetic at all, and when I told her about my bad experience, she got defensive and defended the paralegal instead of taking the whole situation into account. She talked very harshly and just kept saying that she’s always busy in court. I ended up calling corporate to complain and instead of seeing the situation for what it was, which in my opinion was incompetence and a lack of empathy they dropped my case just like that. Then not even a half an hour later I get texts from other litigation lawyers that said I was referred to them by Morgan and Morgan… Lol. I have now found my own attorney, who actually talks to you with respect and has an interest in me as an actual person rather than just how they can line their pockets. If you want to be talked to disrespectfully, have no communication and basically be scolded when you request communication, be dropped like a hot potato after months of being their client, and deal with horrible customer service, then go with them. But if you want to be treated with respect and not feel like you are just a number then I would highly suggest you going with a different law firm. I literally cannot express how bad their customer service is and I am so relieved to not be represented by them anymore!
