  The lack of communication from this office has been absolutely ridiculous. Every time I meet with Sam, he doesn't remember what we talked about at the previous meeting and tells me conflicting information; or the ladies answering the phones tell me something completely opposite of what Sam told me directly. I have had to dismiss my case with Sam for the 2nd time due to their ineffectiveness and lack of communication. This has been such an awful experience and wasted money that obviously I don't have if I'm in this position in the first place!! Bankruptcy isn't something the lay person does every day, therefore thorough explanations and communication is needed and expected. People should be walked through this process. Not talked to like they're stupid when they ask questions. How can you expect people to know how to proceed if you aren't properly conveying that to them? I do not recommend this office at all!!! **Edit to add a response to their reply. You didn't mention that the reason the 1st case was dismissed was AT THE ADVICE of YOU, THE ATTORNEY, so that my ex and I could file separately b/c "it would better benefit us both" (which it absolutely did not). Then when I came back to refile by myself, you had no clue why we had done so. (Also note 2 or 3 payments were made for that one. I even got a refund check from the trustee after the 1st case was dismissed). Payments on the 2nd filed BK were "failed" due to lack of communication from YOUR office. I asked for a payment adjustment before the first payment was due, therefore I assumed that it would be adjusted and I could make the payment for the new amount. But it took 6 weeks for answers about amount adjustments and not once did anyone tell me that payments still had to be paid for the original amount in the meantime, considering I asked for an adjustment before the 1st payment was even due. Again, how was I supposed to know this without proper communication?? All of the issues that I have with this office stemmed from ONE major issue... COMMUNICATION. It's severely lacking at this office and I hope you realize that not everyone does Bankruptcy every day of their life and knows the ins and outs. Clear communication and explanations are what's expected when you hire someone for a service you know nothing about.

  Never had a consultation, called at least five times always was told I would be getting a call back never did!

  Sam's Henry make you really feel like a person of importance. He give you a good understanding of what will be happening with your situation. He is the friendly attorney I know. Coming in the office the reception have such a pleasant welcome with a beautiful smile.

  Always have loved Mr.Sam and all the ladies in the office from the front desk to the back who meets and does all the paperwork and spreadsheets!! I have been twice and first time coompleted second time ended up not going through with it and now I am coming back today for a third time! So so thankful for all of you and how honest you all are!!
