- KWkasey websterOct 6, 20265.0I was in a car accident, and the woman was 100% liable. Because I did not have collision coverage, my insurance agency did not represent me. Therefore their agency tried to low ball me, claiming 80% instead of 100%. I went to the hospital, I have a scar on my chest now, car is totaled, and they tried to make me responsible to move my totaled vehicle or pay the fines, when they needed to inspect it. I called, and they took my case right away. Waiting on my lawyer to contact me now.
