  The person I spoke to over the phone was rude when I called to speak about legal representation on behalf of my mother, and implied that they would not be able to take the case because she spoke English as a second language. Never even got the chance to get a consultation - she disconnected from me whilst making excuses. Terrible and discriminatory service.

  I can’t even leave a star review. I called(it was 10:30 pm) just expecting to leave a voicemail but I got connected with someone and I was just asking if I could get information and get a consult with a lawyer about my case and the woman on the phone very rudely said ‘not tonight’ like so unprofessional
