  Roy has exhibited professionalism in everything he did for me. From understanding the legal issues to personally taking an interest in my welfare. He remains my legal counsel and remains a friend all these years. He defended me through the roughest time in my life and gave me a chance to redeem my life. I took his chance and have lived my life constantly remembering his compassion through my ordeal. Words are just not enough to describe how he made a difference for me and in me. I will be forever grateful for his efforts.

  I’ve never needed an attorney before and didn’t know where/how to start looking. Mr. Roy Burns was phenomenal. Very grateful to have had him by my side defending the truth in a very scary (although he didn’t think so 🤪) situation. Highly recommend.

  I've never been stereotyped to my face. A 1:1 consultation to discuss property and assets, where I only told my place of work, turned into me being "too poor" and not "have many options" and I have poor credit? I didn't even disclose salary/credit score to you! He said I probably couldn't afford legal fees and his retainer. And asked me if I can even afford the consultation! I've never been so violated in my life.

  I can honestly say that if you are a decent and honest person, who simply made a mistake, these two will go to bat for you. They have tremendous respect in the St. Tammany 22nd JDC courtrooms from all judges and fellow attorneys. They are very focused and work their tails off for their clients. They saved MY tail, so trust me, I would know. Thank you Roy & Lam for defending me like you were defending a friend. Thank you for doing the job so fast. It minimized the time and extent to which I could have had high stress levels. Most of all, it kept me safe and protected from what could have been a catastrophic outcome. Hire either one of them and you will be thanking the good lord above that you did. Hopefully, my review has helped to aid some of you in your decision to call and hire Roy Burns or Lam Tran to represent you in your matter!
