  I called and asked if there was a line. The lady was surly then I said I’ll be there in a minute and she just hung up. The slam the door in the face kind of treatment.

  I went to ABC Title as my Driver's License had expired AND I wanted to complete the Real ID. The whole process was painless, professional, quick and fun(?)! The associate walked me through the process while making sure everything was taking care of. The cost, I found, was minimal. I expected to pay a larger amount than what was required. I recommend the company and location! Top notch!!!

  Completed a title transfer 3 years ago when I purchased a used vehicle through a local dealer. This was the only authorized POA for the owner. Flat rate of $350 charged to transfer the title, no itemization of services. Unsual experience. Update: Thank you for the response. However, a standard receipt with multiple services should be itemized. Professional services include this as a standard practice. Lumping it into one fee makes the assumption that the client should know what's included. This is erroneous if the business is the expert. I only write reviews based on my experiences and many are 5 stars. This experience was not 5 stars.
