Tom spoke to and treated me like an old family member and immediately put my mind to ease. He genuinely cared about what I was going through and took his time to search for the best solution for my situation. Instead of a few minutes for a short free consultation, Tom spent almost an hour meticulously explaining everything in a very professional yet friendly manner and making sure I was comfortable with what we both decided upon - what was best for me. Both he and his staff made me feel very comfortable and put my mind to ease, and it was like a tremendous weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I walked out with renewed sense of hope that everything would be OK, after years of stress and struggling over financial matters.
