She only tells you what she can do and never promises anything. She always says that there is a possibility that things might change but she has done her homework on the case a knows her next step if something was to change and she is straight forward with you and your case. Her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well and just makes your difficult situation (your case) feel a lot less stressful. They are truly the best.
