After my initial consultation, I was never contacted back regarding the status of my case. Weeks later, I received a formal letter stating that representation was being declined, with no clear explanation or reasoning provided. Based on my experience with OBKC, it felt as though my case was evaluated strictly on potential financial outcome rather than individual merits. Unless you are bringing a substantial lawsuit, I would suggest exploring other legal counsel.
