  If I could give these nasty people no stars I so would. Please do not ever trust this company with anything in your life. My mom had a slip and fall back in January of this year and the case has been open and they made her go through physical therapy for her injuries (which she completed). They make her wait and wait and wait without any communication and on top of that they kept changing her entire legal team without talking with her and then they would make excuses up. The last thing we heard was that her case was in the process of being litigated/settling. We waited another few months without communication from them giving them time to do their process, then today my mother gets a phone call from them and they decided to drop her case because she’s what they said was a “liability” and on top of that they would NOT give her any explanations as to why. We firmly believe these crooks took her money because her case was supposed to have been in litigation by now.

  Morgan & Morgan “for the money” my attorney was James Martin and Maria Williams. I got injured earlier this year and WC failed to reply so I reached out to them to seek help. Maria just never replies to any communication and is extremely rude when she does. I had to reschedule a surgery 3 times due to James not properly communicating with me. Which lead to me being fired while down from an injury and James wouldn’t help me. It took them 5 weeks to get me paid that I was barely bringing any money home to begin with. After issues with my WC check and James failing to get a reply to me after 21 days I reached out to his superior which lead to James sending me a email and calling me from his personal number at 11PM at night to inform me he wasn’t happy I went above his head. The following day James emailed me and dismissed my case while being down for a surgery. Please be aware before proceeding with them. This is my second case and the first one was the exact same turn around. They charge you for emailing you, texting, and calling you along with communicating on your behalf plus take a 25% of your money. These hidden fees don’t show until your case is closed. Resulting in them getting extra 1000s of dollars from you for properly communicating to you and WC. Wouldn’t recommend this company to a dying cat.
