I am certain that without his representation, I would’ve been swept up in the circumstances by the system. Mr Knorr was available during early mornings, nights, weekends, and severe weather incidents. His knowledge and proficiency with modern technology was comforting in an archaic confusing system. Will retain his office for all future services.
