  John Berger DISCLOSED HIS ASSISTANT’S MEDICAL CONDITION (in an email and asked me not to tell her) as an excuse for not getting the proper paperwork signed and/or filed for my divorce. Not sure if his assistant is sick or if he’s just passing the buck, but apparently that’s how he rolls. I had to follow up multiple times on why my paperwork was not filed when I told it was/or would be that day. I also did not agree with some of his charges and asked for a further explanation. He decided to print out all the emails from my case and MAIL THEM TO ME...SO WEIRD!!! I still have not gotten an explanation of the time entries on my bill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!!
