  I was injured as a result of a fall over an exposed wire, the responsibility of a major communications company. LJ and his team sought justice for me to pay for my injuries and other losses even though I live almost 1000 miles from the accident. Through mediation I was spared a trial and received a just compensation. Communication was thorough, friendly and professional. I am so grateful and highly recommend this firm!

  Where do I begin to describe the work that Palmer Law Group—and more specifically, Dustin, LJ, and Tonya—did for me and my family? LJ was actually referred to me by Topeka's top prosecutor at the time. He told me that if he ever needed to hire an attorney himself for a civil case, LJ would be his choice. We contacted LJ, and he was immediately responsive to our inquiry, even traveling a considerable distance to meet with us in person. LJ and Dustin took on our case and fought the insurance company for seven years. Yes, seven years. They secured a victory for us in District Court. The insurance company appealed, and LJ and Dustin won again. They then secured another victory in District Court, which was appealed as well, and once again they prevailed. The insurance company still wasn't finished and took the case all the way to the Kansas Supreme Court. Even after the insurance company brought in a well-known "heavy hitter" attorney, Dustin and LJ delivered another victory. Throughout the process, it was impressive to watch Dustin and LJ question witnesses, present expert testimony, and advocate tirelessly on our behalf. Our family endured appeal after appeal over seven years, and not once did anyone at Palmer Law Group suggest moving on because the case was taking too long. They remained committed to us from beginning to end. Even today, if a question comes up, they are there with an answer and willing to help. Most importantly, I know my dad would be proud of the work they did on his behalf. My family and I will always be grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and perseverance.

  I was referred to Dustin Van Dyk from a friend. I had a great experience working with him and his team.
