  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a legal office. Paid money for a service they then refused to do. Stopped responding to texts and emails. Reception wouldn’t let me speak with anyone. Charged me for a case I didn’t request or agree to. Was told they would get back to me and never did (months went by). Had to involve a 3rd party. Beware!!!

  I hired this firm for a civil property damage claim. The facts were strong and liability was clear. What should have been a straightforward case turned into almost 2 years of procedural mistakes and communication failures. The required legal notice was sent to two wrong government entities before being directed to the correct one. When it was finally mailed to the correct party, it was sent without tracking or proof of delivery. The case was initially routed through a court that lacked jurisdiction, wasting months. Deadlines the firm set for their own deliverables were repeatedly missed without explanation. Scheduled calls were missed without notice. I regularly had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my own case. This is the second time I experienced these issues. After the first round, Adam called and apologized, and I deleted my original review in good faith. The same patterns repeated immediately. The legal knowledge appears to be there based on the written work product, but the execution and follow through are not. If you hire this firm, expect to manage your own case.

  Adam Mack was wonderful to work with. He thoroughly went through everything we needed to know with us and patiently answered all of our questions. Abigail Emery was also very knowledgeable and helpful to us. I would highly recommend Mack & Associates.

  Adam Mack has been very helpful. He's kind and knowledgeable. He never made me feel like my questions were stupid, and he always had an answer. He explained things in a way that I could understand and was very honest and reassuring. His staff is courteous and helpful, as well. I'd highly recommend Adam and his associates.
