  It’s hard to lose a loved one. I wish I could give no stars to this law firm. Julia Reese is not empathetic, sympathetic, and is too busy to take the time to dedicate and help our family through this difficult time. My brother retained her after my father passed last year. She doesn’t reach out with updates. She’s going to receive a big portion from my father’s estate for doing nothing. Her responses if she does respond at all consist of how big her case load is. I had to hire another attorney to represent me because she said she doesn’t work for my family she works for my brother and doesn’t need to answer my questions or answer my calls. Please if you a grieving this is not the law firm to hire because Julia is not compassionate or caring at all. She doesn’t care about her clients or maybe we just not to correct pigment of color. She’s rude and disrespectful and our family is grieving, this process is difficult enough. I don’t even want to mention her secretary or assistant because well she at the time yelled and hung up saying she is pregnant and doesn’t have time for my questions and concerns. Since the beginning her demeanor lead me to believe and feel as though, she treats us this way because we are not of the lighter skin complexion and not from Kansas. I hate to go in that direction with my review honestly, it could possibly be that she thinks she’s smarter. Either way I’m extremely dissatisfied and she lies a lot about the progress relating to the case. We are no closer to being done with this. She’s only done 5 things and most of it was paperwork but getting paid good money for doing nothing.

  Marion was very thorough and knowledgeable. She made us feel confident from the start. Rachel and Kacie finalized our trust with our signing today. Both were very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. Rachel even chose Savannah and Gloria to witness our signing and they too were such pleasant employee, very professional.My husband and I are very impressed with Stern & Mauck and so grateful to have chosen this firm.

  The entire process was so painless! Adam took care of everything, really listened to what I needed, and knew exactly how to make it happen. Everything was explained every step of the way. Very happy with the service.

  Stern & Mauck handled our estate planning, and the entire process was super easy from start to finish. Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and made us feel so comfortable throughout. They patiently answered all of my dumb questions without making me feel silly. Amanda, the attorney is the best! Rachel was extremely patience with our questions and changes! Highly recommend them if you're looking for an stress-free, welcoming estate planning experience.
