  Talk to real nice lady I can’t understand all these bad reviews but I was treated with respect and understanding , some advice to the people that Owe a debit ! only get treated the way you treat someone and if your calling pappas treat them with respect and you get it back , first of all you let your own debits go in to collection it’s not pappas fault it’s yours! I had zero issues here they very nice and understanding that hardship ! It happens but pay your debit and move on !! Thank you to the very nice lady ! I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name ! My debit is paid in full and I can move on now so can everyone else !!

  Garnished an account for a debt that was already paid in full. I have been on hold for over an hour. I have had to keep calling back as the call keeps getting (dropped) hung up.

  I would give negative stars if I could. Payment was made in full and they said call back to make sure and get the paperwork. I have been calling for an entire week. Left voicemails. Nothing. They hang up while “transferring” the phone. They don’t return messages. No one is ever there to answer. They also sent me SOMEONE ELSE’S court documents. Terrible.

  I tried to call and pay my debt in full for months and couldn’t get thru to anyone. Took so long I forgot. Went to court Setup a payment plan. It’s been 4 days and it still hasn’t taken the money out? It’s due today so I’m excited to see if it goes thru or not. Hoping it doesn’t and they try and say I didn’t pay just to go after them for screwing me over from the start. Stay far away from this fraudulent company.

  I have never experienced such horrible service. While unable to help me in my one of a kind situation, they were rude, snobby and hung up on me. I am 24 years old still trying to understand everything so that I can help myself be successful. I still have no idea how to proceed…
