  After my car accident, the insurance company offered me an amount that felt insultingly low. So I reached out to DM Injury Law ('Call Mike')- and I’m so glad I did. From the beginning Jake Michalski, my attorney assigned to me, was professional, honest, genuinely listened to me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was amazed by how Jake handled the insurance company’s first offer. I was almost ready to accept it because I didn’t know if I could get anything better. Jake believed he could fight for more, but left the decision in my hands. I am so thankful I listened to him. The final settlement he was able to get for me was more than twice the insurance company’s original offer and over 20 times more than what the insurance offered me before I called DM Injury Law. I was honestly shocked and incredibly grateful. Choosing DM and Jake was one of the best decisions I made after my accident. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney who will truly stand up for them.

  After a difficult conversation with my insurance company, I decided to employ an attorney to represent me in the discussion. I’m very happy with the results. No back and forth or contentious communications. Just a simple, fair result. Attorney Brett Newberry was assigned to my case and was an absolute delight to work with through the process.   Caroline Lowe & Ana (I’m unsure of her last name) were absolutely amazing. They were compassionate throughout the case all while being very thorough and helpful. My case settled and I had very little stress through this process because of my team!
