  My experience with Meaghan and Palmer Law Group couldn't have been better. It always felt like I was more than a case, it felt like I was family. In mid September of 2024 I was injured in a motorcycle vs. vehicle accident. Police department found that I was not at fault, however the other party's insurance stated they would not pay for the injury. Scared, in pain and unsure of how I was going to pay for medical bills I called a close friend. My friend recommended Meaghan Girard with Palmer Law Group. A few days after the accident I got to meet Meaghan at their office in Manhattan. Meaghan and Susan were super welcoming and even offered me a drink. Right from the beginning it felt like I meant more to them than just another case with a number. Meaghan listened to my plight, her knowledge of this exact situation, my specific injury, how we would need to continue with medical care and the documentation needed put me at ease knowing that I was in good hands. Soon the painkillers wore off and the chair (extremely comfortable) I was sitting in started causing severe pain to the point of me crying. Meaghan noticed this, wanted to know how I got there, and then drove me home in her own vehicle since I was in no shape to be diving myself. Susan also drove the my vehicle back to my house. Meaghan and Kristy were phenomenal at keeping track of all my appointments and billing. When local medical could no longer help they were able to get me in with specialists in Kansas City. Quite a few times I was unable to afford the transportation KC for my appointments. Meaghan, being the best person ever, was able to take me to some of those appointments herself or had her legal assistant Paige take me to most of them. Those rides were never boring. From rocking out to music , to talking about anything and everything, and even listening to some true crime documentaries those rides were never boring. They always made sure I was taken care of. After everything was done I really miss those trips. The process of getting the proper medical help and making sure my body was healing properly is very very long. At points I really wanted to give up and call it quits. Thankfully Meaghan would talk sense into me in that we have to do this and without having all the medical documentation we wouldn't have a very good case. Finally in early October 2026 Meaghan and her team were able to get me the maximum settlement. They have done a fantastic job handling the distribution of funds to me and making sure all the medical bills have been paid. My experience with Meaghan and Palmer Law Group couldn't have been better. It always felt like I was more than a case, it felt like I was family. I will forever be grateful for the kindness, professionalism and proficiency they have shown. I hope this never happens again but if it does Meaghan and Palmer Law Group will be the first call I make.

  Dustin VanDyk and Sarah Rose with Palmer Law Group were really there for me through the ordeal of my accident and fighting for a fair settlement for me. They stayed in constant contact with me and explained each and every step along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better legal team.

  This is the worst law group I have ever worked with. My wife and I went in for a consultation about a possible medical malpractice case. Had an hour long sit down, signed electronic release forms for them to gather my records, and was told they would be in touch to determine if I had a case. I received no correspondence from them until 6 months later informing me they were dropping the case. Upon calling them they never retrieved my medical records despite signing all the forms. They also have on record there was no further follow-up correspondence with me that they were supposed to do either by phone, email, or snail mail. Perhaps this was all a fluke or misunderstanding, but having had successful cases with other law firms the incompetence on display from Palmer Law Group is the worst I've encountered. i would suggest looking elsewhere for representation.

  My son had an accident that changed his life forever, we are so blessed and thankful to have all these amazing helpful people on our side!!! I can't thank them all enough for everything!!! I highly highly recommend them!! I called several other attorneys, they all seemed bleak until I talked to Meghan and her team!! I cant put into words how satisfied I am with them, please call them!!!!
