  Bentson has always been about loyalty and finding a way to get things done. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, his guidance has always been strong in having faith in himself and defending what's right by believing in the underdog. I remember when Kent went to bat for me when I was in College and the Judge had orders us to take a plea but Kent had faith had more faith in justice instead of the system and he was 100% correct, Dismissed!!

  I really appreciate that Mr Oleen took the time to talk to me on the phone, I had called Morrison Frost and they won't even give you 5 minutes on the phone, or any advice. Lawyers should know that one time we might just need some basic advice and a few years later when we REALLY need a lawyer who will we turn to? Those who gave us a bit of time to help for free (just 10 mins or less) or those who ask administrators to relay messages that "he can't help. you with that". I have had to deal with my share of lawyers in my time, and the ones that will give you a tiny bit of advice on the phone for 5 minutes just to give you the "lay of the land" with your issue, see if it is even worth hiring a lawyer are the ones I like. Personally I have found the law offices in Topeka to be very helpful and more efficiently organized than many in Manhattan.
