  I highly recommend Elizabeth and everyone in this office. Elizabeth helped me with a NOITD. Thanks to her I was able to respond in time to this letter and as a result was granted permanent residence. I had called other offices and was told that I had to restart my process. I can't thank her enough. FYI they do payment plans. THANK YOU SO MUCH ELIZABETH.

  I when to every lawyer in Kansas City and Treviño law where the only ones able to help me, there are very professional and after me I send my sister my best friend my coworkers and other people with him. He was able to help them as well I’m so please with the way he work and help others.

  I have a story about a disaster narrowly averted... no thanks to this law firm. My girlfriend and I had a consult about applying for a green card. We mentioned our plans to travel outside of the country, both before and after our wedding. She never mentioned that entering the country on a student visa after marriage is considered visa fraud. This would have been a devastating mistake that could easily have prevented us from getting a green card. It seems to me that a good immigration attorney might mention this very important fact, or the fact that if you get married within 90 days of (re)entering the US, that can also jeopardize your green card (another critical mistake we revealed we had plans to make). Very disappointing... she was very nice, but I'd seek advice elsewhere.

  The lawyer was surprisingly unprofessional and she even didn’t have most important and basic knowledge for our needs. Which she is specialize for. We figured out one month later, after I meet KU legal services lawyer, which was very helpful and very knowledgeable for every small details. Due to this consult experience, we didn’t get any helpful information, but we have to reschedule everything, cause a big mess and a big trouble in our life.
