  Tess and Hillary were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism right away and appreciated the empathy they showed during a very difficult and emotional time. They provided many options and scenarios regarding division of assets and debts. They are also very accommodating to work/life schedules. If you are going through a divorce, no one can guarantee you will feel like you "win", as Indiana is a 50/50 state. I can guarantee that Tess and Hillary will be the best mediators you will find to help you move forward in life after divorce. I would recommend them to anyone in need of mediation services.

  I am incredibly thankful for Tess and Hillary at Resolution Mediation. I was super nervous, I had a ton of pain and sadness about everything, and I was incredibly anxious about whether I would be protected or not. They did such a good job. They put me so much at ease and helped me and my ex through the process. They were communicative, knowledgable, and incredibly kind. I could not have asked for more. I. would highly recommend them if your marriage is unreconcilable. It so much better than court, especially if you can take your emotions out of it and come to an agreement with your partner that is based on exiting the marriage while preserving the future, and not tearing each other down. They were also fairly priced and my ex and I were able to spend less than most divorces.

  I’m grateful I do not need these services, but Resolution Mediation is a terrific option fort handling conflicts while avoiding expensive legal fees in a non-confrontational setting. Hillary has an amazing demeanor that can navigate any family crisis to an amicable conclusion.
