  My father retained Richard busey before him and my mother passed away Richard busey did a will for him when my mother and father died and he was supposed to put the house and we paid him for it and my granddaughter Angel loves name it never happened he was paid for it and it never happened still to this day 3 years later after phone call after phone call speaking to him talking to the county assessor's office it still hasn't happened he thinks because he turned in the paperwork that everything is okay but it got rejected so he will not look any further than that but the house is still in my parents' name and needs to come out poor poor lawyer sad lawyer he knows there's nothing you can do about it so he'll do what he wants I'm contemplating channel 2 News

  Poor Communication and Negligence – Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Richard P. Busse Attorney at Law From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. I often had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic update on my case. Most concerning, my case was misplaced for three weeks with no explanation, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Even worse, when the attorney went on medical leave, no one from the office contacted me to inform me. I only found out through the opposing attorney — which was both unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Deadlines were missed or poorly handled, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I expected a certain level of competence and transparency, especially given the importance of the legal matter at hand. Unfortunately, I felt neglected, frustrated, and ultimately let down by the way my case was handled. I do not recommend this attorney based on my experience and would encourage others to look elsewhere for reliable legal representation.

  Richard is caring & thorough in his assessment & plan execution! He helped me finalize my divorce & i will use him for future needs in making estate/will paperwork. His assistant Chaz was excellent to speak with as well!
