  we came to Law offices of Gary Bonk for will/ trust/ power of attorney etc. We have been very pleased with the discussions we have had to make sure we are making the correct decisions regarding where our money will be disbursed after we pass away. Both Gary and Garett are extremely knowledgeable not just about the State of Indiana but surrounding states as well

  Thank you to Bonk Law! Attorney Nick Harris did a great job simplifying the minutia of estate documents. We appreciated his willingness to clarify terminology when necessary. Though completely essential, estate planning can be sad. Nick Harris kept things moving in a lighthearted way that made the planning session palatable.

  Mr. Bonk was recommended to us by a lawyer friend of ours to setup our will. We ended up needing a trust instead. We both had no idea of all of the scenarios covered by Mr. Gary Bonk. Saying that he was thorough would be an understatement. Thank you once again for your services!!!
