  Timothy Kappes was a wonderful attorney to have during a tough time, it was very easy to set up an appointment and he gave us all the information and support we needed, everything went very smoothly and quickly under the care of being his client, definitely would come back if anything ever happened to me or anyone I know.

  I recently got myself into a serious legal matter. It was an uphill battle for my lawyer. However, attorney, Tim Kappes, was able to persuade the judge to grant my requests. After all the research and thorough investigating he did, Mr. Kappes did a wonderful job presenting my case. In short, it was worth every penny having Mr. Kappes represent me. Thank you.   My lawyer Mr Timothy ,did a great job, negotiated a very amicable settlement for us. The result was probation only, no jail time. He defend like at the movie " Time to Kill" I really appreciate Mr Kappes.
